Business Development Manager

Job description:

  • To develop and execute business plan, strategies and approaches to achieve company goals
  • To develop commercial proposals, presentation and reports to potential clients and/or partners for strategic alliances, business acquisition and M&As
  • To participate, support and provide input for business contract negotiations to ensure sustainability in company’s growth and profitability
  • To conduct research to identify and understand markets, competitors and customer needs
  • To coordinate and attend regular meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to perform relevant duties and assist organization development
  • To develop and maintain good rapport with customers and provide good customer services that meet the customers’ expectation
  • To Provide training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills to related parties
  • To ensure constant flow of information for all parties that involved
  • To undertake any other related report and data compilation at ad-hoc basis

Candidate requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Finances, Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience. Candidates with accounting knowledge are preferred.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English with excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Ready, willing and able to learn and acquire the knowledge and skills needed to accomplish tasks and responsibilities

Senior Accounts Executive

Job description:

  • To handle full set of accounts (prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly financial and ad hoc reports to management)
  • To prepare consolidated financial statements on a quarterly and yearly basis
  • To prepare and adhere to regular statutory submission for SST, EPF, Socso and PCB
  • To liaise with company secretary, auditors and bankers in business related issues
  • To prepare monthly employee payroll
  • To ensure proper filing of all accounting related documents and all books and records are in order
  • To monitor the bank balances and prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements
  • To undertake any other related report and data compilation at ad-hoc basis

Candidate requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advance or Higher Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy or the equivalent. Candidates with ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent are preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and can also speak in Mandarin
  • Able to handle simple accounting system and Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, resourceful, detailed-oriented, dynamic, team player with strong analytic and problem-solving skill

Administrative Executive

Job description:

  • To assist project manager in daily administrative duties for the office
  • To handle day-to-day matters and providing proficient support for administration processes
  • To communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to on-going project
  • To schedule and coordinate flight, accommodation, meeting room, etc. for business meetings
  • To provide administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, and document sorting
  • To support any other related report and data compilation at ad-hoc basis

Candidate requirement:

  • Candidates must possess at a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree in any field
  • Candidates with at least 1 year of working experience are preferred but fresh graduate will be considered too
  • Proficient in both written and spoken in multiple languages (especially English & Malays) together with excellent communication skill. Candidates who understand Indonesian language are preferred.
  • Fast learner and comfortable working under pressure with a minimal supervision
  • Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills and ability to use Microsoft office
